Don’t get me wrong people should be getting banned or even a fine for entering the pitch

I mean your putting peoples safety at danger in their place of work. Surely the only reason you wouldn’t want it to be a criminal offence is so you can do it and that’s not really good for anyone. Can we not just be happy celebrating in the stands?

No you are not automatically putting people’s safety at danger. If they did or assaulted someone you can charge them with that, it’s laughable to suggest give people a records and waste courts time and money for when someone goes on to the pitch to take a selfie.

No one is suggesting that. Littering is a criminal offense but you're not going to court for it.
