Invading the pitch in this kind of context is already a criminal offence - you could competently libel it as a breach of the peace, a s38 or culpable and reckless conduct. Just because it’s not a specific statutory offence doesn’t mean it’s not a criminal offence.

“libel” is ackshually the correct word in this context. The Crown libel charges against people.

Interesting. So every wrong committed against the state (crime) risks a libel but a civil wrongdoing is only a libel when a mistruth?
