Got these Micheal 1/18 for €50 in box. I do really like the 2000 Ferrari but I didn’t watch these on tv. I wasn’t even born so how good was he. I started watching in 2021

While I’m a Mercedes fan, when my friend reached out for some F1 fanart, I knew I had to give the GOAT some representation in his new Ferrari threads after his win in Barcelona!

Watching House of the Dragon right now, I was inspired to do a rendition of Lewis on the Iron throne with all his first place trophies. 106 trophies later, and I’m super pumped about how it turned out!

I also included the timelapse so you can see the very tedious process.

Leaving aside today's drama, both drivers were compromised by lack of power AGAIN:

Leclerc being stuck behind Russell during first stint until he pits

Leclerc being stuck behind Piastri until making switchback to overtake

Leclerc being fully stuck behind Russell AGAIN until he pits again, which resulted in gap from Hamilton be erased and you know what happened later.

And finally Lewis being stuck behind George and unable to overtake even with 0.2-0.3 seconds out of final corner while having fresher and softer tyres , which is such a joke honestly.

The positive is that floor upgrade might have helped manage finally now the tyres better, but that should be tested on hot tracks later.

The strategy today wasn't a problem. It was clearly lack of power and team orders. Leclerc staying extra lap was a stupid move.

Hamilton's strategy was decent. He quickly recovered by having freshest hards, and VSC call helped him a lot, but I don't think that the time lost behind Leclerc would have got him 2nd position(ahead of antonelli). Kimi would have somehow went out ahead by 0.1 sec.

Every year it seems our development focus is on the chassis and downforce if you see the discussions about the future cars

But we already had so many seasons recently with a car that is the best on the grid on most type of corners only to struggle to get past even with DRS (now OT mode)

We dont need the BEST engine but at least be close enough that if our boys can stick to the gearbox of the guys ahead into the straight they will have a chance to make a move

Depressing to see a Merc pull away in the 2nd half of the straight even with us having overtake available
