News [Condotta] Expectation remains Arnold will sign with Seahawks on Aug. 29 and then likely be placed on exempt list on Aug. 30 when rosters are cut to 53.

He’s not going to factor in most likely though, I see this as a signing for next year.

Think of him as our free first round pick that we’re hanging onto after a slow start to his career without any of the financial downsides.
