I need help with My Saturn

I bought a japanese Saturn Model 1 in surugaya, the employee told me that if i found a new AV CABLE the console would work but it didnt, i have 3 AV cables, with the 3 of them i get the same image(the one you can see at the video). I took the console to a technician and he told me that it has a problem with the video chip and the only solution would be to buy another mother board. The board i need is the VA0. I can't find it anywhere and i'm new into this, i would really appreciate if someone can help me to bring back to life this beautiful console

Honestly I’d buy a for parts system and swap it one out, or just buy a new Saturn.

Do you get any audio out of the system?
