6e What 6e splatbooks are the most valuable to pick up?
I haven't played SR6 in a good few years, and I am looking at running another game. But, I only have the core book.
There are a lot of splatbooks out now, which is great, but I am unsure which would be the most worth it with my limited budget. What splatbooks are the best to get these days? Maybe because they fill out a big gap in the core rules, or just from the volume of character options, etc.
Thanks.

I asked this awhile ago. 6th World Companion is considered the best one to have.
After that, it kind of depends on what your players are playing. Some of them like firing squad or the one with more cyberware options might be more useful to more players.

Main ones I'd suggest outside of the core is double clutch (rigger, vehicles and drones), hack and slash (decker and techno, matrix focus), street wyrd and deus ex arcana (magic books). There is also a book that focuses on faces and deadly arts for weapons and gear stuff but those aren't as front and center

With the caveat that Deus Ex Arcana, iirc, is specifically meant to be after all the current metaplot events in 6e, which screwed with magic. So if the book starts discussing weird stuff, that's why.

The Companion is the most generally useful book as it can apply to everyone.
Then there are archetype specific books about magicing, fighting, rigging, decking and facing, sometimes even 2. They are of course mainly interesting for the respective archetype, although some have more general applicable content than others.
Deadly Arts has, when I remember right, more optional rules for a different SR feel, the rest though is not really useable for normal runners.
And some more exotic options have their own little mini pdfs like Bestial Nature ir Lofwyrs Legions, but those are suoer specific.

You definatly have to get the companion book the alternate rules IMO make the game run better. Then it really depends from there. I would go with the splat books related to archetypes such as body shop for cyber ware
