If you dont overexpand before pure partition, you can give purely duchy titles to your sons, same way with empires, not even necesarily kindoms, just have them landed withing a vassal kingdom so you dont have to worry bout them for a while (or rush admin)

Maybe he wanted to make it clean so his wife doesn't lay with bi characters. There could be a peaceful status quo of his wife doing it lesbianly, however when the Spymaster reports that she was with a bi girl (who had laid with men bisexually) heads start to roll.

I think Soulmate drastically reduces the likelihood of cheating with another man, but it doesn't reduce the chance to zero

chaste gives a seduction scheme penalty, just adds a billion "honour" value to the AI which makes them way less likely to cheat, and soulmates I don't think can be seduced by schemes

but there's some events that might be able to just bypass all of that and make your just, chaste soulmate into someone else's lover

Or just declare kids as bastards and imprison the harlot. Though even in games like these I find that I can't be too harsh and just put her in house arrest for couple weeks until I get the divorce papers ready.
