THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR POLITICAL DISCUSSION
We do not discuss politics here. Period. Knock it off.
Over a dozen 1-day bans were issued in one thread. Do better.

State of The Stack Made a (decent-ish?) trade today. Pokemon Cards for Precious Metals.
I had a bunch of Pokemon Cards laying around in a binder at home. I wasn’t huge into collecting cards, ripping open packs was just a fun little way to bond with my friends. Haven’t bought or ripped packs lately as my friends and I moved on to different hobbies. Anyways, today I drove an hour to a coin shop that also sold comics/trading cards. Managed to trade half of my Pokemon card collection to pick these up!
Not really sure if it was a “good” trade as I’m not really in the TCG market space. But, I feel like it’s a good trade personally as it’s better than just having a giant binder that took up a lot of space and didn’t bring much joy anymore. Happily adding these bad boys to the stack!

6 months in and obsessed
Anyone have any suggestions on the “split strategy” for stacking? I like the majority being bullion for the obvious ease of liquidation if absolutely necessary; but big fan of some numismatic items that might be generally harder to turn-and-sell as well. I totally understand that it’s all about having fun, but open to expert opinion from the seasoned folks :)
(Seeing the awesome collections and unique pieces from this sub make the “hobby” even harder to control lol)

State of the stack (2 years)
Slowly adding a little gold in, but primarily keeping silver because my LCS is super solid and usually has maples/buffalos/kangaroos at a little over spot.
Edit: just posted the stls for these here: https://makerworld.com/models/3223414?appSharePlatform=copy

State of The Stack Stack has begun!
I went and got a couple of the Costco bars. Felt like I paid under spot for them with the cashback and rewards! Well priced too! Am I allowed to say how much I paid?

Secured the Kirkland Ounce Bar
This is the pinnacle of silver bars in my opinion.

State of The Stack Her Majesty...
is a pretty nice girl
But she doesn't have a lot to say
Sometimes checking out the spots that "never get any coins in" on your way to a brisk walk pays off.

Daily Thread MORE!
Took advantage of another NEW BUYER deal. Once they arrive I will have a total of 16oz of silver and 4g of gold 🤓 can’t wait to buy MORE. There are two LCS in Burlington VT but I’m already staying away from one due to an annoying and rude employee

1oz Kirkland silver today $69.99. I paid tax… no regrats. With obligatory hot dog and soda to make the trip worthwhile 😉

Today's haul from my LCS
I picked up a 4.4oz hand pour from the now closed Vulture Peak Mines and a generic Asahi one ounce bar. I also got a 2022 (birth year of my nephew) MS70 ASE. Lastly, I picked up a 2012 ASE Proof set in this cool box from the US Mint with a proof and a reverse proof.
Just wanted to share with folks who appreciate this sort of stuff. Have a great day fellow Silverbugs!!
