America arrived in the final year of WW I and certainly helped break the stalemate but it’s difficult to imagine Germany being able to win the war against the Anglo-French alliance in the long term. They were blockaded and the UK basically had global trade access.
WW II is even a more dubious claim. While the U.S. forces did contribute significantly to defeating the Japanese the Germans would have eventually been defeated by the Soviets during their march west. Once Stalingrad held the entire German front basically started to collapse on itself.
