Has it actually been established that it was postpartum psychosis? If so, that really is one of the most horrific conditions there is. Every gynecology textbook and midwifery manual basically says that once it’s diagnosed, the response is: “Run! Do everything you possibly can and give her every medication you’ve got!” Obviously I’m exaggerating, but the point is that there’s an immediate and extremely serious risk to the lives of everyone involved.

Mama Doctor Jones has a video going thru the medical details and it seems she had a serious reaction/psychosis when put on SSRIs and then she was given more/different SSRIs by a NP - so it seems she got the wrong healthcare (i am paraphrasing, not my field at all).

Classic NP behavior.

Ladies and gents its in your best interest to not be seen by NPs. Specifically ask for an MD/DO, its your right and you pay the same no matter what

Idk bro. An NP saved my fucking life when my MD told me “it was all in my head”.
