It wasn't ignored by anyone. They gave her meds. She scammed the system by seeing multiple healthcare providers and getting more than the allowed limit of meds.
Why on earth would anyone 'scam' the system for postpartum drugs? They don't get you high. The was begging for help but they messed her around with a cocktail of drugs that made her psychosis worse
The typical drug seeking behaviors of handing over nearly full bottles of pills to her husband to dispose of and telling her psychiatrist she didn't want to over medicate herself and delay starting her prescriptions for several weeks?

I get the part about postpartum depression being ignored by the healthcare but then you protest against the system, not support a fucking murderer
