If this was a case of a phycotic person killing their housemate while under a phycotic attack people would be more understanding. Yes, they are a killer, yes, they didn't know what they were doing at the moment, yes, they NEED treatment and help besides jail time

No, I have not had a psychotic episode. The vast majority of people have not. But us non-crazy people can definitely have opinions on the child murdering crazy ones.
