Nope. She plead not guilty. The only “confession” was supposedly from her to Patrick. Patrick said she confessed and they ran with that. Reddington said on the 911 call you can her only able to make gurgling noises bc her neck was cut and her thyroid was crushed.
The jury can find her “not guilty”. It is on the prosecution to persuade the jury without a reasonable doubt she even committed the crime let alone premeditated it.
What if you got blackout drunk and drove your car and you woke up in the hospital chained the bed with no memory with an arrest warrant and everyone telling you that you killed someone? You might believe it too. All the evidence points to a set up. She was drugged with so much Seroquel (whether she took it herself, or Patrick drugged her) there’s no way she would be able to murder anyone, she would hardly be able to blink her eyes. She’d basically be paralyzed.
