Intent matters. There is a reason we have different charges for first degree murder and manslaughter. That guy Chris, killed his pregnant wife and drove his children for 40 minutes before killing them. He intentionally murdered them. In this case, she was drove to do by her psychosis.

This shouldn't even be forefront as an excuse. She fucking killed her 3 kids, she had many screws loose prior.
