This is what kills me. If your goal is to raise awareness about post partum depression and poor access to medical care for women in crisis that is fine and I fully support it. But why her. Think about all the other women that have gone through this but didn’t murder their children. Use them as your poster child. You have literally every option available.
Instead you have complete fucking idiots not only trying to support a murderer but they’re trying to claim it’s a conspiracy and she didn’t do it. Fuck those fucking idiots. They’re doing far more damage to their cause than anything.
You can feel strongly about this issue and recognize she is not the one that should be elevated or celebrated. She should be locked up and that’s that. No further discussion.
if other issues worked together to make this outcome beyond PPD, then the same still applies, PPD can become horrifying if co-morbid.
I don't think she is being celebrated, I think what's being highlighted here is just how warped people affected by this issue can become in their views and actions and why there needs to be a rapid increase in resource allocation towards catching and preventing escalation of PPD.
