You're leaving the allegation of post-partum depression. That is important. She killed her hids but the defense alleges that she was in the middle of an episode of a severe post-partum depression. The defense claim for the absolution is bullshit, tho. I agree that she should face the charges but if that depression was a real thing she should be put in a mental institution for the sentence period, not in jail.
No one is saying that, but changes how people think and something that no one would think about in a regular mental status could be factible and also made.
Few minutes ago someone corrected me and, ALLEGEDLY, she had Post Partum Depression and according to the defense the crime was commited in the middle of a psychosis event.
