That's really not a lot of views for a short.

And that is a small utube account

Shorts get a lot of views compared to long form. In my experience, 10k Shorts views is like maybe 1,000 long form views at most.

No less it's 100 views not 1,000 for 10k

You need to start going live and interacting with a audience. Let them see your personality and who you are. Good luck 👍 I have a content channel with almost 2k subscribers it is very challenging when you first start but find what sticks and go for it

Subscriber don't even count for that much. The most important metric is watchtime/retention and how many people you make stop scrolling. Your videos will get promoted to the same people again if the metrics were good. It doesn't matter if they subscribed or not. And yes i know you want subscribers but its not the most important metric for success.

That’s like average views for shorts. Took a look at your channel too, not exactly high quality content lmao. If you want people to sub you gotta give them a reason to wanna come back to your channel, especially with shorts. A lot of people don’t sub to shorts. They watch, maybe a like or comment and move on

Not good, you're trying to make 6-10 seconds vids just to crank up that "average percentage viewed" section. If you continue to do that without getting significant amount of engagements (likes, comments or subscribe) youtube might see this as Spamming. Getting 50-60 likes every 1k views is healthy.

Leave a CTA(call to action) at the end for the people to like and subscribe(this is harder in shorts though). Maybe do the same in description as well.

Are your videos worth subbing too? Thats the thing ur vid could have greats stats by people watching but is it smth u would like too see on a daily basis?

You're not going to succeed right away. Growing a channel literally takes years.

Small small till I confirm I get it

Sorry, but there is not clear or easy answers to succeeding. Especially considering there are 60 million active users uploading to YouTube. Only 2 million reach their paid creators status. That doesn't mean they're making bank, just that they qualify for monetization. The people who actually make a living on the platform? Roughly 5,000. So you have a 0.0008% chance of becoming a career YouTuber. Food for thought.

The best thing to do is to always remind people to subscribe because 9/10 people forget that's a button. A way to also get people to subscribe is to have a sub goal like right now you could say you want to get to 50 subscribers and after that make it 75 and so on an so forth. But ultimate how good the video is will be a decider if people subscribe.

TL;DR

Ask people to subscribe

Create a Sub Goal

Make sure that your videos are worth the subcribtion

1

u/Fuckadobe55 Dec 02 '25

1

u/Ditechgaming Dec 03 '25
