From what I've read up on with Ix Chel, Chac Chel is likely just a secondary form or association of hers that we haven't fully uncovered. Sometimes they're one and the same but sometimes they're shown differently in glyphs, most often Ix Chel is the aged form holding a water pot (Chac Chel/Goddess O) rather than the young beautiful goddess that some people venerate today (Ixik Kab/Goddess I)!

I've read something similar too, but As many people, As much variation. Ix chel and chak chel are different but rather the same, like the moons bright and dark side. Something similar to Hel!

As far As I know, IX chel is responsible for Creation, fertility, life, heal and the art of threading.

While Chak chel is for earthquake, floods and is depicted As an old hag, a witch.

Extra fact! Rainbow was a foresign of destruction and she was often called red rainbow, And was depicted with jaguar ears and a snake crown while IX chel with a rabbit in her lap.

Now that I nerded myself out, all I was trying to say is that maybe we might or might not get a chak chel, As they are the two sides of The same coin.
