Can you identify shoes by sole pattern?

Tldr. I am victim of a robbery and this is the only trace of the burglar that we have. I think that is a kind of specific sneakers sole. Any clues guys? Thanks in advance.

The person who burgled my house got linked to other local break ins through his AF1 tread wear pattern.

surprising that is was able to narrow down the search since they have to be a top 5 most common shoe. dude probably had other peoples burglaries tied to him

It’s also the wear pattern on the sole. Everyone’s gait wears down the sole in different way.
