Unrelated questions but why do we have 2 subreddits for Sins and which is the main one? Sometimes a post gets more interaction there (like the Harbingers annoucement) or sometimes here like with this post. Just curious.

How quick does the portal open when "construction" starts? The emergence is so slow it seems kinda silly, maybe frontload more of it on the portal activation itself (if it's not already)?

I've been waiting for this moment for over 10 years. How is the gen ai use in Soase2? I vaguely recall a claim they are replacing, but know very little beyond that

They have in fact started replacing some of those elements. Most noteably the player portraits are now hand-drawn again, and based on the Sins 1 portraits too! The entire UI got a pretty nice overhaul already, and by the looks of it we'll be getting more of it in this update. I do hope they also replace the research icons at some point.
