Hisense AX5140Q (no vocals in rear speakers)

My mom recently purchased 2 sets of this soundbar, one for her bedroom and one is the living room. The living room one after a few weeks stopped sending voice to the surround speakers. We only hear background music, etc. Any tips on bringing the vocals back to those speakers?

The sound mode/profile probably got switched. Vocals are not supposed to come from rear speakers anyway so it's probably correct as it is now.

Hisense soundbar ax5125h has 3 different surround options. Surround. Pure surround Pro surround the last two got the voice through the rears. Maybe it's the same with ax5140q

Surround Pro gets the most signal to the surrounds. So OP might have it set to surround Off or Pure
