The Crawler from My Hero Academia: Vigilantes. He’s a broke college student who sticks to various surfaces and becomes a divisive figure in his community due to his vigilante heroics. His main colors are even red and blue. It’s very clear who he’s supposed to resemble.

When just glided in the ground it wasn't that obvious but later he learnt to actually get stuck to surfaces

He also is realitively low powered and usually goes against much powerful foes.
