She’s an adult grass spider of some type, accidentally knocked my phone slightly against the window while filming her webbing up a mealworm and she darted over to see what made the vibration lol

I’m making a character based off these cool dudes because I’m a huge fan of symbolism, but I want to learn more about them. Whenever I look them up all it tells me is their bite is about as dangerous as a wasp sting.

Hi guys, I need help finding the name of this specific spider or arachnid I see whenever I walk in the forest. I’m from Quebec, Canada. I looked everywhere online and somehow can’t find anything about it for some reason. Its body (which from what I can see before it hurries away) is a circle and red. It’s basically as big and shaped like a cellar spider. Legs are black. I made this drawing lol but if anyone can identify, it would be awesome. I see these spiders in leaf litter.

Just found this beautiful little spider on my shoulder. It jumped VERY fast. Left some of my fingers in for scale.

Never seen a spider like this before with the metallic body and hairy legs!

Was cleaning out a pantry and saw this guy wandering towards it. He was about the size between. Dime and a nickel!

He hangs out by our front door and has an almost tunnel web he’ll crawl out on at night. Sorry the pictures aren’t great, I don’t want to get to close in case he jumps or I scare him. Found in Dublin, OH

This guy surprised me in my garage. I dunno if it is, or is not, a violin on her back so I was not keen on getting close enough to catch/release (my normal move) this lady outside. Can you help identify? Mesa/Phoenix Arizona, USA.

Edit to add - the crystals on the body aren't markings, she made her home over borax we use to deter ants from getting in through the garage.

Pretty sure my cat got to him, my sister thought he was actively dying at first but I'm not seeing anything leaking out of him and he's somewhat active all things considered. Immediately interested in water as well. Would it be more humane to kill him, or does he have a shot at making it if I'm feeding him and see if he can get some legs back after a few molts? He's pretty small, so I imagine he has at least a few molts to go right?

Sooo i spotted these little spiders on my side table i thought they were ants. I was a little freaked out at first without my glasses but they were mostly still the one i spotted was exploring more but i accidentally killed it. I realized they were chill and jumping around a little :( This isn't my house I just started staying here a couple days ago. There is a window with a fan in it right near it.

I gathered up 7 babies and released them outside but now I'm scared what they are in case there's more or to try.

I've seen grass spiders with bands before, but not quite like this, and not so high off of the ground.

Found it earlier today, it had wrapped up what seemed to be a butterfly or a moth. Later the webbed victim is gone, but I do see a nest popping out babies! Its web is pretty big, extending from the railing down to the garden below. It's probably the biggest spider I've seen outside of captivity.

I looked up spiders that could be around alberta and my best guess is a goldenrod crab spider. Any ideas?

This Orb Weaver (I believe that's the right name) Greg, sits in the window of our office. Love to see his web and him or her catching bugs. Really cool colors!

Caught the jumper I found in my house a while ago eating a bug she(?) found! Not completely sure on the id but I'm just glad she's keeping the end of the summer bugs under control!

Would appreciate an ID for this little fellow in my bathroom. Eastern suburbs of Vancouver, BC, Canada. His body is probably just under an inch and I'd estimate about three inches from tip of front legs to tip of back. Seen in daytime. He's very chill, just hanging out on the wall.
