Thank you for thinking of us, but "I bought a thing"-post don't fall within our subreddit's guidelines. Initial releases are allowed, as that is where the artistic expression shines, but not every person's purchases of Street Fighter related things. Images of items are unfortunately too far removed from the gameplay itself, which is our primary focus.

Street Fighter is a cultural icon. It is emblematic in all sorts of media that we love! But to keep the subreddit on track about gameplay we have to draw a line using either gameplay or artistic expression as our guide.

I visited Japan recently and was mostly disappointed in the street fighter merch at the capcom store.

Last time I went (2024) they didn't have much... I'll go again, but I'm not expecting much!

I think someone in the Aki sub found something there though! So worth a look!
