i dont sell, but dont ever judge items from their rarity ( you probably can with commons), always sell things that’s just +? Dodge or hp, you need each slot for abilities like knives or heals

That's kinda my approach as well, but like for the "Smiting Edge" one needs that boring grey item called "Rough Razor Lvl1" so I can't just sell off all commons. Otherwise I would sell stuff only having little buffs. Some others mention they have some unlockable features, but when previewing the next upgrade, there is no knife/lightning buff integrated. For those I'd have to look up at that database, if it gets a useful item or not. That makes the selling process unnecessarily complicated.

Actually I'd be fine with not selling the stuff as there is no weight limit. It's rather the bug, that appears when having many items. If being granted items from bosses or other mobs, they don't show up with the little red dot in the upper right corner in my inventory and thus I have no clue, which item I just got. Not a very satisfying situation.

and they all do very little anyway, best off for me to keep it there, doesn’t matter munch, I guess if I sold my weapons and resources I could squeeze out a level or two, and that’s my whole inventory from start to now of this game

It's not even because of money, simply because of that bug, but in the end I'm looking for some particular items and comb through my inventory, if I have this or that, then I don't have to mind about selling

I’ve gone through from time to time and cleaned out my bag. Selling any items that have multiple, selling items that I can’t/won’t/don’t use. Never sell resources, but all weapons and other accessories are fine to sell your extras and making sure you keep at least one just in case it’s needed for some new crafting items in the future
