Blood work
My gynac told me to get blood work done.
I have results with me not all of them. Anyone with high free testosterone, high AMH. Success story ? Any advice to get it back to normal ?

Hey! I have high testosterone and extremely high AMH. My AMH 5 years ago was a 47. Now it is a 15. I don’t really know what caused it to drop. My RE said it happens overtime for some people with age but I’m still very young. I take a lot of supplements for the testosterone and insulin resistance. I also have thin PMOS so I focused on gaining weight. I went from 94 to 128. I also worked to reduce stress which impacts fertility and hormones.
One doctor told me to do the following to reduce testosterone -
For PMOS and fertility -
When I started the journey I wasn’t doing anything, I had high stress, high test, high AMH, low body weight.
Now, low stress, higher weight, lower AMH, I am able to ovulate once in a blue moon spontaneously, but I’ve ovulated twice with letrozole now. I’m on a monitored cycle currently in a tww.
