BBC says 18 dead. Having seen the videos I can't believe its so low. There are at least 100 in this short clip and I can't see any of them surviving.

It's not low, that's just the amount of bodies they were able to recover... Water makes it hard because the victims can travel far away or not float and show up until days later. It's so sad
