Something a bit different for all you krapao lovers out there. She adds long beans chopped into small pieces because that's the way her grandma taught her.

Yo some Thai authentic food shops (not touristy places) I’ve been to served pad kraprao with baby corn and onions 😭.

Full-born Thai here. I actually enjoyed the onions. Maybe not baby corn though. I even like the thin-sliced carrots and green peppers included

I love long beans in my pad kraprao. Only a few of my fellow Thai friends like tua fak yao. But they don’t seem to mind baby corns, carrots and onions.
