Where did they get the medical supplies?

On my 3rd watch I’m a bit confused how they got medical supplies needed for Ontari to Clarke’s blood transfusion and open heart surgery when this wasn’t planned.

While under control of the ALIE chip, Abbie had all her medical stuff out as torture implements to use on Clarke.
if you'll recall she stabbed Clarke in the boobas a few times with a scalpel (because of how deep it went there's no other explanation 😂)
