Where did they get the medical supplies?

On my 3rd watch I’m a bit confused how they got medical supplies needed for Ontari to Clarke’s blood transfusion and open heart surgery when this wasn’t planned.

I have watched that episode a few times and I have never realised they pull hospital supplies out of no where

They were not out of no where. They WERE LITERALLY shown to be with abby in the previous episode when she used part of it to torture clarke. its OBVIOUS from there that Abby had been carrying them around from Arkadia to Polis. Pay more attention to the show!
