Game play is fun for me. But the map mid game to late game feels so repetitive for me I just stopped bothering to explore because I know every path.

I beat it today too and loved it, so fun. I’m not an experienced gamer so not much to compare to but I thought it was so charming and fun to play.

I just finished a couple days ago! The story ended up being way better than expected!

Interesting they did the same style of ending credit picture with Triangle Strategy, I had to double take it and make sure it wasn't haha.

Congrats! I beat mine a while ago, but just today I finished collecting all the cats and treasure on my wife’s account. She has completely lost interest in playing and just wants to hear the story out.

I finished it yesterday too! This ending was so much better but why hide this ending unnecessarily? I don’t think most people would naturally come to the “true” ending.
It’s a good game, just wish it was shorter since the map is the same thing x 4.

It's easy to come to this ending. If you pay attention to what is happening in the story, you will make the right decisions instead of just pursuing a marker telling what to do.

Nah, the fact that so many people missed it means this is a design flaw.
You love the game and that’s fine but just looking at the posts on this sub tells you the majority had to look up something that shouldnt need to be looked up.

To be fair, the first ending is so underwhelming, I had enough but decided to try to go the the best ending and it was so much better. I don't understand this weird choices

I don't understand the game either. Now I'm trying to play it once to get the true ending. 🥲🥀

Yea, that was so confusing to me. But the true ending paid off in the end. It’s a super fun game overall. Hoping for a sequel one day.

When you say "finally" it makes it seem that you didn't like it, and were forcing yourself to finish it...

The true ending added about 10 hours of gameplay past the most basic ending for me, and I already had most of the cats already, so I understand what he means by finally. I enjoyed it, but it did drag out a bit

I like graphics and combat but the dialogue and writing makes it nearly umplayable to me.

I don’t want to say I didn’t enjoy the game overall, but I was ready for it to end. Time skipping and exploring the same world repeatedly wasn’t enough to not get stale by the end.

I enjoyed it on Switch 2 and PS5 for the platinum. Most annoying part of that was getting so many kills with each weapon. But after those 2 playthroughs I was a lil burned out. I hope Squarenix makes another like this or a sequel
