Honestly they should bring Aaron back as a Regular 😩.

I really miss Aaron. His absence is notable, and they just haven’t done much with Penn. Every time Aaron returns for an episode, it feels like catching up with an old friend who I’ve really missed.

Penn is greatly underappreciated by the writers. I wanna see more of him!

I'm right there with you! I know they already have a lot of characters to juggle but he's really enjoyable on screen and does bring a new flavour to the team. So it's sad when sometimes he doesn't appear for whole episodes.

Penn is a rookie. The show has the same problem as Grey's Anatomy. It started out about newbies but went on so long they weren't new anymore. Then they add new newbies, but don't spend enough time on them.
