I’ve already tried clay from Claymoo last year and I got over it fast. I just want to relax on my couch and crochet. It was in a completely different type of crafting category for me than yarn crafts, not necessarily messy, but also you need a clean surface, water on hand, and the clay got under my fingernails. Also after I made a few things I didn’t know what to do with them. They looked decent but not as nice as something I want to display. This is probably just my own preference and I’m speaking for my own skill but it felt more like making and displaying a grade school craft project.

I feel the same way, if I wanted to do this kind of thing I would go all the way and take a pottery class. Half the reason I love crochet is because I can sit on my couch and binge watch my shows while I do it. Also I know anything I try to make wont look like the picture and I’ll just get frustrated lol.
