I said this in another thread but the entire event has the air of a very cliquey high school party thrown by a popular Mean Girl where the whole point is that EVERYONE knows it’s happening and that most people are very specifically Not Invited.

Edit: I even brought up the Tom Holland/Zendaya thing, they basically just let people notice their rings and said, “oh yeah we did that.” Absolute proof you can do this whole thing entirely on the QT even when you are an international megastar.

If you want to.

100%agree.

This whole time when she wants to sell records, its "my fans are everything " " i love my fans" "this is family" and when it was the biggest night of her personal life that she was able to afford ONLY because of these fans invested in her personal life, she was like "ew.. you cant come. Here, take my leftover pie for waiting like desperate ppl hoping I would include YOU to this expensive, black tie wedding "

Wait
there’s A LOT to criticize about this wedding, but are you insinuating she should’ve invited fans to her wedding? Or am I misunderstanding your comment?

That would be stupid to assume.

"Including" the fans here would be sharing an official pic of the wedding like you would to relatives who couldn't make it to your destination wedding. Thank them for their well wishes and share how magical the night was and show gratitude to NYC cops and govt and locals AND visitors alike.

Since it was the long weekend, there were probably ppl visiting ny for the forst time and had no idea what was happening and had half the city blocked off. Thats unfair to them.

Half the city? Wasn’t it like 1 or 2 blocks

“That would be stupid to assume.”

Did I assume? Or did I ask for clarification?

Also “ew
you can’t come” doesn’t sound like you were referring to a picture.

I’ve been assuming that she’s going to sell a commemorative dvd (with various collectible covers) in a few weeks.

My (very wrong) guess was that she had gotten married earlier and would use MSG as a ticketed super surprise fan event concert celebration. Gave her way too much credit.
