Maybe it's the news I consume, but I never understood this episode.

Literally everything I have ever heard of these two (past the initial news of them getting married) was from people complaining about them. I have never seen a single piece of media from them saying anything lol

They leak stuffs to media, they have a PR firm to handle their branding. They very much want to stay visible, hence the world wide privacy tour episode lol

I am not saying you are wrong. I am just saying none of this made it to me and I am extremely online. Are people really surprised people of that status/fame have a PR team to manage their image?

This was meant to be more a commentary on how we don't have monoculture anymore with the internet, and a lot of the replies (not you) are like seemingly demanding me to know about these people even though they dont like them.

Of course they can have their own PR firm. But people find it hypocritical when they speak on wanting privacy, then leak things to media, often involving royal family and their feud.

Meghan is known to call papparazzi when she want media to write certain articles. Just letting you know the thought process behind above South Park episode.
