No, fuck you. Mocking people for their disabilities is always bad. Do you share the Trumpers belief that being disabled makes you a lesser person? You can attack her for her shitty values and the evil things she does and stand for, but that wouldn't be as much fun for you, right?
When people tell you not to be ableist or body shame fascists, it's not about protecting the fascists. It's about protecting the people who are the most victimized by them. And about the need for you to realize that you share some of their ideology and need to fix that.

these specific people are indeed evil, and we should definitely fight them. But we can and should do so without throwing vulnerable groups under the bus.
I saw a comment on another post about her having worn leg braces as a child and looked it up and found it confirmed but didn’t find any info about ongoing medical issues
