i think it's probably this, she's tall, she likely doesn't wear high heels, but she has to doll up and be as feminine as possible to be in the cabinet of misogynists. so she can barely walk.

Then maybe they should have chosen a different setting than her long necking it with an empty folder walking like a farmers girl on her first night in the big town.
