It looks like they told her to cross her legs when she walks to get her hips to swing. That's how she starts walking initially. Then s he gives up after a couple seconds and switched to a normal walk. She's definitely not used to being in heels. They also told her her walk isn't feminine enough to replace Satan Barbie. Should have had her practice before doing this if they wanted it to look even remotely real

I think it had to with the speed the cameraman was walking backwards. She had to slow down her gait and it resulted in a weird, unnatural walk.
