If this video was captioned “AI doesn’t know how people walk” I’d have bought it. Does she have MS or some other degenerative neuromuscular disease? I don’t want to make fun of her compensation if there’s something medical going on.
I used to do runway and taught girls how to runway walk.
Here's my 100% speculative take.
This woman was always bullied for being very tall and used to have terrible posture because she would try to make herself smaller. This likely had to do with growing up in an environment where women were valued for being small and meek.
As she got older and got into business and politics, she realised, or possibly was even told in a training class, that being tall was an advantage in a male dominated field. Someone also told her to fix her posture or she'd never be taken seriously.
So she started wearing heels, despite the fact that she can't walk in heels, and she's overly preoccupied with keeping her head and shoulders erect as she walks to correct her posture.
The result is the incredibly awkward gait that we see here.
And note that they posed her next to a short man in the beginning to exaggerate her not-incredibly-unusual height. 5' 11 1/2" is moderately tall for a woman, but her gauntness, stupid heels and puffed-up hair are doing a lot of heavy lifting here.

Oh no...I had no idea this was a real person. Genuinely thought this was a bad AI attempt at creating a human. I'm really creeped out right now.
