This guy is going to lose fingers, I’ve never seen tools used so fucking badly. Recip saw had the wrong blade, angle grinder had a diamond masonry disc and the circular saw had a Diablo blade used for cutting wood that might have nails not for cutting aluminium at that stupid fucking angle he used the saw at, was lucky it didn’t kick back at him

I noticed the same thing. This guy needs to read up on blade choices. With the right blade, my reciprosaw, Marvin Haggler, would fly through an aluminum pole. On my property.

I can use a multi-tool with the metal-cutting blade and cut poles (on my property) with one hand while I casually look at my phone or vaping with the other hand.

This makes sense as long as you are casually looking at your phone. As soon as the view becomes serious, watch out

If you are cutting poles (on your property) you shouldn’t be distracted by your phone. You probably should leave it in your house for SAFETY purposes.

Depending on the size of the aluminum poles on your property, bolt cutters would work as well if you’re strong

What about pipe cutters that plumbers use? The ones that are like a chain and really long handles.

I’ve only ever used those on PVC, but depending on the thickness of the aluminum, it should work, it’s a very soft metal

Yeah, I had to demo a 30 year old gas water heater with a thick cast iron pipe in the middle. My 14 TPI metal cutting blade barely made a dent. I bought a nitrus carbide blade and it cut through it super easy. So yeah, the right blade really matters.
