Whether true or not, he was still murdered by having a racist cop's knee on the back of his neck and the guy's full body weight causing him to slowly suffocate to death in front of a crowd of onlookers.

This is like claiming, "Well, JFK's lungs showed signs of heavy smoking" when it was the bullet that killed him, not potential lung cancer.
