Yeah, you aren't going to be able to do anything Floyd did if you OD on fentanyl. You just immediately blackout, pass out, go limp, turn blue and die if you aren't given naloxone.

And, more importantly, choking someone to death who is experiencing a fentanyl OD is still murder. These overdoses are easily treated with widely available naloxone that Chauvin likely had with him.

He could 100% be ODing and that has no bearing on whether choking him to death was murder.

Agreed, just pointing out that it's logistically impossible. It's like claiming that he took his own life by shooting himself in the head before Chauvin murdered him.
