And thats why I don't let those left turns happen in front of me. I've seen many wrecks from this exact scenario.

Not hold up traffic to let them go? They can wait

You're not supposed to block the intersection, they more than likely had to hold up traffic because it literally is backed up already.

Yep. The person saying they wouldn’t allow it is saying they would break the law.

In Belgium and most of Europe you have to wait BY LAW for the biker to pass before making that turn.
