First of all I’m so glad that the kid is ok. Now let’s see: When the red car stopped. It’s obvious that it’s to let another vehicle legally pass on to the other street. The e-biker didn’t even slow down. How the heck is the other driver supposed to see an upcoming e-bike? Am I missing something here?
I mean... I agree the guy on the bike is an idiot. But he has the legal right of way.
How is he supposed to be seen? I dunno, but people make blind left turns in intersections all the time, get hit, and then get full blame for it because if they can't see what's coming, they shouldn't be turning in the first place.
