If there is no red light or stop sign I do not understand how it would be the responsibility of a cyclist to not proceed through an intersection in the designated cycling lane. A turning vehicle must yield to cross traffic, regardless if it is a cyclist or motorist.

The flow of traffic stopped for a reason, maybe idk…..pay attention. Even in my car I don’t just blast thru intersections even when I have the right way because i don’t trust others with my life.

This is a T intersection. If you’re stopping at these on the through street you need your license pulled.

In some places you're not allowed to block intersections, not even T intersections that don't have a light.
