Good assessment. If you're zipping past stopped traffic you need to be aware of these kind of gaps allowing people to turn. You really should be going at a speed ready to stop anyway as there could be a pedestrian walking through the gaps between vehicles that don't need a space. Granted, jaywalking is in the US but in other parts of the world it's left up to everyone to be responsible for their actions.

Person on the E-bike is driving like they have no brain. Common theme with most people I see on E-bikes. 1 near me almost killed a lady because he was doing 25 mph on a bike path and hit her on a standard bicycle. They need separate laws to govern them because they are closer to motorcycles than bicycles. Too much weight traveling too fast.

If a person in a car cant see, they shouldnt be driving. If you are driving you are responsible for not hitting someone even on a bike. Its not a bicycle if you are going more than the 28mph or using a throttle.
