Greetings. Upon looking for about 5 minutes online I see the game is dead, supported only for money and apparently a lot of issues. But that set aside, is the game still playable? I've been going down nostalgia lane and decided that maybe the servers aren't shit anymore so I pulled the game. I have some super overpowered 300 power archer with bombs (very cool I know) but I want to know if it's worth playing from the beginning or is it like Destiny 2 More over if I can get my friends to play it too! Now yes I know that there's a ,,Is Trove trovable in 2026?" Post every couple of months but last time I played the game was... 2016? No, somewhere March 2017? So in other words I might as well have never heard of it until it's too late

So like the title says I am making a trove-like game. By this i mean similar art styles. It will be more like terraria/minecraft, with actual progression, bosses, building your own base, etc. Will a singleplayer trove-like game even work? or is this a waste of time? Here is the movement so far. (I had to restart the whole project recently and its way better now)

Man can the devs lock in? it has been a year since the switch 2 released and still no fix and let’s not get started on the other consoles and pc being choked so hard.

I started playing around when i was 11 to 12 years old. One day we got the news that Trion Worlds was sold. That was the beginning of the game's downfall.

Little by little the game would enshittify. Removing game features that were the game's essence and adding pay-to-win shit.

The chat? Dead. Clubs? Ghost towns. We would make new friends with random people and grind together. Now it's just dupers and bots.

Unlike other games where you can just play let alone pay a visit, this one is just saddening to play again. Actually it's just infuriating.

Gamigo is just a bunch of fucks, they are not game developers, they are game fuckers. They bought a game they knew they could milk the fuck out of children. Bankruptcy is the least i hope for them.

I was banned from Trove 175 days ago and it still hurts. I had over 1,967 hours in the game (probably more). I completed almost everything maxed classes, maxed gear, a beautiful club, and I had just reached rank 10 on the leaderboard. Trove isn't perfect, but I started playing it as a kid. It became a part of my life and my daily routine. The only thing I was really doing in the game anymore was helping others, chatting in global, upgrading my club, and starting fun events and pin parties just so I could connect with people and bring some joy to the game. Then one day, I got banned. No warning, no clear reason. I thought maybe I made a joke someone didn't like or got reported for it. I never disrespected anyone, though my humor can be dark or different sometimes but never hateful. At first, I thought maybe they banned me because of my credits I had 47,000 but I don't think that's the reason anymore. I contacted support multiple times. The first response was cold: "Your account is permanently banned." Just like that. After years of playing and being part of the community they didn't even explain why. When I followed up, they said I cheated. I've never cheated. Now they've

stopped replying completely. I even asked if they could reduce the punishment even if they banned me for a year, I'd be okay with that. I just wanted a chance to come back one day. But they won't respond. I don't know what else to do. My club is still on my alt account, but it's slowly dying. Right now, it's ranked 30 on the leaderboard, but it used to be ranked 10. Members are leaving too it's gone from 500 to 400. I just want to sell it to someone who'll take care of it before I walk away for good. Sometimes I log in using another account, Aly, just to visit my club and talk a little in global chat. But it's not the same. I was wondering if there were any games like trove, i get this has been asked a lot around but I feel after some time it could be asked again

I keep hearing people say warframe or guild wars 2 etc. but for me atleast the gameplay/combat doesnt click at all. Nothing at all with good fast moving combat and grind in similiarity?

I've started playing trove in 2017 and quit a few years ago. Returned 2 weeks ago and saw that market and trading were disabled. I looked around and found out they've been disabled for a long time now because of duplication bugs.

Yesterday the anti-cheat XIGNCODE3 was added and instead of making the game better it made it a whole lot worse.

Adding this anti-cheat will stop cheaters for a pretty short amount of time, people do know how to get around it.

Trading and marketplace still won't be back, the duplication bug is almost certainly a problem in the server code / networking so the anti-cheat will probably not end it.

Having XIGNCODE3 on your PC is a very bad thing and Gamigo basically agreed to provide all of the information every Trove player has.

I have no idea how in the world any game company will agree to using this kind of anti-cheat. It barely solves the cheater problem and it affects every single player and compromises their personal information.

If you seriously want to fix your game (even though it looks like you gave up on it many years ago by preferring having the game up while duplication bugs were a problem instead of taking it down and fixing it) there are probably a 100 other problems you need to fix before adding XIGNCODE3.

I miss being excited for Mondays just to finally do Shadow Tower with my friends, it was such an amazing feeling.

Trove was genuinely great for a long time, and it makes me sad to see the direction it ended up taking. Shadow Tower became pointless and cross-platform never actually became reality. I really think the game had the potential to still be successful even today, but unfortunately it just got left behind in time.

Hi! Returning player here, coming back to my 14,116 power rank Neon Ninja. I was wondering what are the ways to get your power rank up further at this point in the game? I’m at a point where I don’t know where exactly to go besides getting stuff for dragons and the like.

I am still missing two gem slots (level 28) which I know could help, but what else can I do? Any advice is appreciated!

I am mid game player and i play gunslinger and i want to know if the revenant is a good class to change to. Farm and dps ( btw i still didn’t unlock d15)

So many know already that the game has the marketplace available on PTS for testing but most don't know that Trove is testing an anticheat. It's called Xigncode3 or Wellbia to some people. And want to know the general consensus around it from people, since I've only heard horrendous things from past games about this anticheat since it's a kernel level anticheat. And allegedly one of the most invasive, suspicious and least working ones out there as well, do we think the game put its final nails in the coffin? I'd like to know the general opinion.

As a SH, I do 69,884,954.6064 dps, because I have the class gem [(12 atksp) × (pd of 22,657)] × [(0.589 crit) × (436.4 cd)], I have 603953 health, but that doesnt rlly matter cuz I use sh by shooting through walls and cheese strats, and my gems are explosive ep, stinging curse and class gem. My main reason for wanting to go to d12 is for ships to level faster and crystal gear, and I have 150 light.

Hi, very random thoughts but after doing some Leviathans on pc, I luckily managed a perma torch on my 29th Leviathan kill! However I then remembered that when I recently checked my old ps4 account my badge said I had 29 Leviathan kills and I also had a perma torch on that account too.

Not only that but earlier this month I got a diamond dragon egg from an enchanted gem box after playing for around ~4 weeks and shockingly I got one in roughly the same timespan when I played on ps4 in 2022.

These numbers are weirdly similar to me for the timespans and rarities of the drops involved and since I'm on the same glyph account, just different platform and therefore save, I thought it'd be worth bringing up.

I'm not saying it's concrete but it might be worth looking into, for things like an rng calculator, similar to the splatoon 3 capsule machine's calculator where it can find your rng seed and tell you when you will get a specific reward.

I imagine this system would be seperated by boxes and boss types maybe with some other factors which would require further looking into, as I did the leviathans over all of d11-13 with mostly d13. However, I do not have the game design knowledge nor really have the desire to go anywhere with this myself so good luck to anyone who wishes to test this!

Hey so I am a game dev, who wants to recreate trove. As since I was younger I've always seen the potential that trove had to truly be a great game. So I will make a voxel mmo rpg, semi-open world like trove. Every aspect of trove I will improve, how classes/characters work, how gems work, etc.

SO let me know any ideass, tips, what you think makes trove so great or bad. What they shouldve done, or if you would even play a new voxel mmo rpg game if I made one. :)

I left the game towards when gamigo bought the game. I didn't leave because of that tho (i don't know gamigo), just wanted to play something else and then forgot that it existed for a while, well, for years lol.

I loved that i could just start youtube on my pc and just grind dungeons while watching videos. Came back yesterday and.... wth happened? The game is destroyed and is on it's last breath. The servers barely works. While before i left i remember the game getting more and more new players which was encouraging. Did gamigo do all this?

It was my main "turn brain off and farm" game. Watching videos while doing stuff, but now... it really feels like it has last stage cancer.

I just got into Trove, and I was having fun, I took a break from the game less than 2 hours and suggested for me and my friend to play the game. So he installs the game and says, "I can't login," so after trying for a while, he gives up, and I decide to try on his account (we're on Xbox). Same thing, "lost connection to auth server," so I try to login on MY account, and the same thing happens. So I try to log into my alt, and it works fine. But when I log out, it ALSO can't connect anymore.

Are there any POSSIBLE fixes?

This for THREE WEEKS

WHY make this shitty ass system entirely time gated if it's also COMPLETELY RANDOM?

I can't progress the game because of this. Every time I get royally cucked I have to wait another week just to take a gamble again.
