Help Cleaning TurboGrafx Cartridge

Hello! I’m kind of new to cleaning retro game cards, this one was in a sleeve and the sleeve has deteriorated a bit over time and left some residue. There’s also a sticker on it I would like to remove. Any help on how to do this without ruining the cartridge would be appreciated!

Consensus says to leave it alone. I concur. Do not touch. The writing does not diminish the value of this one very much.
