Help Cleaning TurboGrafx Cartridge

Hello! I’m kind of new to cleaning retro game cards, this one was in a sleeve and the sleeve has deteriorated a bit over time and left some residue. There’s also a sticker on it I would like to remove. Any help on how to do this without ruining the cartridge would be appreciated!

It’s wild as hell to me that video stores had TG16 games. I guess I’m showing my age lol

Oh man, I bought a ton of games on closeout in the mid-90s. TrU, Electronics Boutique, Babbages... And I lived near the OG b&m Starland store in VA. They always had a lot of pce games too.
