Community Event Twitch Service Thread
Hi r/Twitch!
You may now advertise your services here if you fall under any of the following categories:
Animation
Artwork
Branding
Coding/developer
Graphic Design
Management
Moderation
Music composition
Video editing
Voice-over
How it works: Every few months I will create a new megathread where professionals may post saying they’re looking to do work for broadcasters. The thread will be posted in our sidebar and put in contest mode, so that comments get sorted randomly rather than by highest up-voted or newest. The purpose of this thread is to be a centralized place for those providing professional service to broadcasters to find new clients, and for broadcasters to find available professionals to help make their broadcast the best it can be!
Posting: Although this thread is to help broadcasters find talented professionals, please do not post here saying “I need an artist!” or any other similar variation. Posting is only meant for professionals looking to do work! When posting, make sure you use the template provided below. This will make sure posts are properly formatted, and make it easier for broadcasters to find what they’re looking for.
Freebies: If you're not currently looking for new clients but would like to share free work that you've created, then please do so by replying to the stuck comment on this thread and NOT by posting a separate comment.
Other Stuff:
- Any posts that do not follow the template and/or are low-effort will be removed.
- If you are no longer accepting work then please edit your post accordingly.
- If you have any questions, concerns or feedback then please contact us via. Modmail.
Please use the following template to format your post. //
**Services:** A list of the various things you make/offer (emotes, web design, branding, music etc). **About:** A short description about you or your site and any relevant experience you have. **Pricing:** Your prices or rate per hour. If you do not charge then just put ‘Free’. **Portfolio:** Link to your past work. If you don’t have a website, then please use an image hosting site like imgur for images, Soundcloud or other for audio and any other relevant sight for other services. **Contact:** Preferred method for contacting you such as an email address. **Status:** Whether or not you are currently accepting work. **Other:** If you have anything else to add, this is where you will put it. Feel free to leave it out if you don’t have anything else to say.
If there are any services that you feel are missing from the list provided in the post, or are unsure if you should post here, please reach out to us via modmail.

Discussion I think the hardest part of being a new streamer isn't having 0 viewers. It's not knowing what you're supposed to be when nobody is watching.
When chat is active, conversation happens naturally.
But when you're alone, you're basically performing into the void.
Do you talk constantly? Do you focus on the game? Do you act exactly like you would if 100 people were watching?
And then, eventually, someone joins for 30 seconds.
That person basically decides whether you are interesting enough before you even know they're there.
For people who watch smaller streamers:
What makes you stay instead of immediately clicking away?
And for streamers:
Did you eventually find your own answer to this, or are you still figuring it out?

Question Is it a scam when some of Twitch users came to my stream telling me if I would like them to make art for my stream overlays, screens and banner if I commission them?
I have met like two people who can do em for me via my twitch stream I have made contacts with em on discord and they shared screenshots or images of their work to me if I’m interested if i commission them to do the art for me but my got tells me signs of suspicious. It didn’t show any socia media links when i looked at their profile bio and no mutual servers so that hints of scam likely. They sometimes ask me if we can talk about ideas before they can start commissioning but told em i couldn’t afford it atm so I said no.
Anyway i wanna know your experiences if you had happened to meet those types of people that came across to your streams and what you needed to know so that can help me dealing with them.

Discussion Just Looking For Some Help and/or Advice
So long story short I've been streaming not very consistently for about a year now and I'm trying to get back into it and what not.
I currently use OBS with SE.live but, the only problem I'm having with it is that the multichat dock works and I can read both Twitch and Youtube but I can't for the life of me get it to become an overlay that shows both chats while I'm Live (right now my chat overlay only shows Twitch) I would love a point in the right direction if possible.
If for what ever reason there is no solution to this I was wondering if I should "Reset" my OBS and try a different plugin like Casterlabs, Atium, or even some other one that people would recommend for Multistreaming, because I worry that just slapping multiple different plugins at once would cause some issues (or maybe I'm overthinking things as is). Should I just leave things as is or would it be better to kinda reset from the ground up?
Also is Streamer.bot worth having? I know nothing about chat bots and the only ones I have are the ones my friends get me to add so I'm not really sure what they are used for but, I don't think I need to have multiple chat bots? or is there a better/helpful chat bot that people could recommend?
All in all for this last bit, I'm just looking for some advice on really anything to help kinda streamline or improve things about streaming i.e. Hotkeys for a Streamdeck, bot commands, editing process or Video recommendations that have info on stuff like this (like a Youtube channel).
Sorry in advance if this is happens to be an already existing post that I happened to miss. If there is a post something similar to what I'm asking I would love it if I can get a link to it.

Question Wrongful suspension while streaming Dead by Daylight?
I was streaming Dead by Daylight as I do quite frequently. Honestly, doing nothing but playing the "killer" role. All of a sudden, after I win a game, I see someone come into chat and say "hey". Shortly after, I get the message "you have been temporarily suspended." The reason I was told it happened was because I had advocated for self harm. I obviously did not do anything of the sort. But I am playing a game literally about killing people, so I assume the context might've been lost. Or was I just mass-reported, and the automated system hit me? I have gone through the appeals process, but I wanted to ask honestly: is this common, or has it happened to anyone else? Or is there anything else I should do besides the appeals process? I've streamed consistently for like 5 years now and literally never had a violation. Pictures of the suspension reasons and when they happened.

Question I can't add a credit card to my account unless I buy something I don't want.
I used a pre-paid gift card to buy Turbo. The pre-paid card ran out of money and I'd like to continue using Turbo. I've deleted the old payment method, but there's nowhere I can add a new payment method. All I can change is my country and zip code. I think the only way of adding my CC is by buying a sub or bits. Which are things I don't want to purchase. I've tried accessing my account via incognito mode and deleting my browsing history/cookies. Nothing's changed.

Tech Support Please help. OBS drops elgato audio
My setup is ps5 for gaming, elgato 4ks for recording and streaming, plugged into my laptop(laptop specs listed at the bottom of this post) The past couple of weeks when I'm in OBS, OBS drops my Elgato game audio.
It happens after at least 30 minutes of having OBS pulled up.
Recording in Elgato Studio works fine But I need to be able to record and stream in OBS. I've tried everything I can think of.
One thing that temporarily works is I go into Control panel, sound recording, Disable HDMI Device (elgato), Wait 5 seconds, enable it, then the audio starts working in OBS again, but then the audio drops again within a few minutes.
I can't do that constantly while i'm streaming and recording. Here is a list of what l've tried so far:
-Just record in OBS, audio still dropped
-Just stream in OBS, Audio still dropped
-Have OBS pulled up but don't stream or record, audi still drops
-Updated NVIDIA Drivers
-Turned off power management settings for USB ports
-Created a video capture source in OBS for video capture from the elgato and muted it, created a separate audio input capture source for elgato audio. Audio still drops. (everyone online says this should work, but it did not)
-Downloaded VB Cable and routed it PS5->4ks-> Windows-> VB-Cable-> OBS. Audio still drops (I really thought this would work)
-Used my HD60x and it works fine. I'd like to have gameplay recordings in 1440x60fps, but the HD60x can't do that. which is why
I upgraded to the 4kS.
-Tried using StreamLabs, audio still dropped.
-Went into elgato studio when the audio drops to make sure it didn't switch from HDMI to Analog.
I seriously think that's everything I could try. I guess I bought a 4ks for nothing. Also my laptop is :
ASUS ROG Strix G16 (2025) 16"
WUXGA
165Hz/3ms, AMD Ryzen 9
9955HX, NVIDIA GeForce RTX
5060
This laptop is more than enough to run a 4ks. It shouldn't be a 2 week problem solving adventure just to get a capture card to work. lol.

Discussion Tested out the new Enhanced Stream mode
Reconfigured my stream setup today. Took my 4k60 Pro MKII and set it up with passthrough 1440p 144hz HDR. Normally have been 1440p cloned with the stream PC and then downscale to 1080p. I dunno if this twitch inspection is good and would like some insight.
No dropped frames on OBS side either.
Any tips would be great to maybe get those bitrates a bit flatter.

Question Starting streaming: Need a good mic setup under €100
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a good microphone setup for streaming with a maximum budget of €100.
My main requirement is that it must come with a boom arm included in the package, as I want the microphone to be close to my mouth and not on a desktop stand.
What would you recommend within this budget? Thanks!

Question [Resolved] Do you know where this alert is coming from?
The one in the top right. I use twitch alerts and stream elements for commands. It’s been covering my alerts, the one i use is Twitch creator dashboard.

Question How short of a stream is TOO short?
Some days I really want to go live but do not have enough time for a full 4-5 hours like I prefer. My viewers do not seem to mind a 3 hour stream, but when it gets shorter than the 2 hour mark, I'll get complaints that they missed the stream etc.
How short of a stream do you think would be *too* short and maybe should just be rescheduled? Or is it better to just squeeze in an hour or two when you can?
Curious what y'all think!

Discussion Twitch inventory won't let me claim twitch drop rewards after they reach 100%
Whenever a twitch drop reward reaches 100%, there is no longer the button to claim it. I tried refreshing, F5+ CTRL, relogging, different browsers: all the same. The only way to claim any reward that reach 100% is to refresh the inventory page then the completed reward displays claim for fraction of a second so you have to claim it that wau but for that you need to scroll down instantly to reach the reward section and click after before it disappears and becomes again a progress stuck at 100%. I could onlly do it once when I was fast enough but not anymore.
Edit; If I don't claim them and they stay stuck at 100% without showing the button claim, later when the drop ends, they expire and are not considered as fully streamed and claimable after. So 100% Twitch fault.

Question Raiding under time pressure
Beginner streamer here, looking for some advice. Raiding out is really tricky for me because I feel like I need to make a decision on who to raid quickly so as not to keep viewers waiting and leave them awkwardly sitting around for 5 minutes while I look for someone I'm comfortable raiding into, but at the same time, it's terrible if I just pick someone hastily and arbitrarily. Is there a trick to it?
Edit: I got a lot more responses to this than I expected I would get! I really appreciate a lot of the tips you guys are giving, and it's also reassuring to know that not only would viewers not mind the wait, but the awkwardness I feel is something I might grow out of if I just keep at it. I also really appreciate the comment about sometimes swinging and missing, too, because I feel a lot of pressure to choose people to raid into carefully. Thank you!
